In this article, published today at #NatureReviewsDrugDiscovery, we explore how the global PD1/PDL1 clinical trials landscape has changed over the last few years, in terms of oncology indications, combination therapy strategies (for which now we provide additional granularity), combo drug targets, and many other parameters. Also, for the first time, we look at how resistance to PD1/PDL1 inhibitors is shaping this field and examine emerging trends in the exclusion/inclusion criteria of patients previously treated with PDx.
