Great Charles Street coming along nicely! In March 2023, Precede Capital Partners provided a £188 million whole-loan facility to a joint venture between Apache Capital, Harrison Street and NFU Mutual to fund the development of Great Charles Street, a £302 million scheme in the heart of Birmingham which is being developed by Moda. Situated in the historic Jewellery Quarter and spread across three blocks, the development will consist of 722 new apartments and directly address rising demand for BTR options in a local market characterised by structural under-supply. #BTR #Housing #Birmingham

Moda GSC is our second project in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter after completing works at The Goodsyard. Birmingham is now a strong delivery hub for DNS. With its expanding commercial and residential sectors, the city offers substantial opportunities for growth in the electrical and construction industries. For us, as a London-based electrical contractor, having a presence in Birmingham not only allows us to tap into this dynamic market but also strengthens our ability to serve clients across the Midlands. Establishing a foothold here, as we have, ensures we remain competitive, responsive, and part of the region’s transformative journey. This is key to our purpose of being at the heart of the UK construction industry, of being responsive to our nationwide clients and of learning from the best. It helps that the people are great, too.
