This new vision underscores PMI’s commitment to partnering with local leaders, governments, and institutions to tackle malaria more effectively. PMI’s approach emphasizes the vital role of local knowledge and expertise in overcoming the challenges of malaria and ensuring the success of control and elimination efforts. This #WorldMosquitoDay we are happy to share that the U.S. President’s Malaria Initiative—or PMI, the United States’ largest program working to #EndMalaria—has released its Vision for Investing Locally. Since its beginning PMI has partnered with local leaders, governments, and institutions to #EndMalaria.
