Despite meeting the qualifications and criteria for the positions, I have often been informed late in the process that my application could not be considered further due to my geographic location.While I fully understand that location can be a critical factor in the hiring process, I believe that this information should be communicated clearly in the job postings. If the role is intended for candidates residing in specific regions, such as the US or UK, it would be beneficial to state this explicitly from the outset. This would not only streamline the application process but also ensure that both the candidates and the company are aligned in their expectations.Clear communication regarding location requirements would significantly enhance the efficiency and fairness of the recruitment process. It would allow candidates to self-select based on location, thereby saving valuable time for both the applicants and the recruitment team.Thank you
