Another week, another milestone! 🚀🚀   I’m extremely proud that Trends Kanaal Z covered Stretch Innovation in their latest issue.   A strong service company is build on its people. That’s why I really wanted to have the team picture featured in the article.   Together as a team, we’re striving to become THE partner for growth for Belgian companies. Through business innovation and experimental growth strategies, we further scale brands and companies.   Innovation means investing. But also knowing when it’s time to ‘kill’ a certain innovation direction and pivot. 📊  Walking the talk, we looked at innovative solutions to increase the success rate of innovation projects and to reduce the needed investment amounts.   The Shared Innovation Lab was born. 🐣 Through sharing certain parts of the innovation process between 4 companies from the same sector, the collective insights can be leveraged.  This results in better validating different needs, gaining stronger market insights and a faster go-to-market of new business activities.   In summary, the Shared Innovation Lab creates new business innovation opportunities at a lower cost. 📉   Want to know more about our approach?
