What trends are in store for influencer marketing in 2024? 👇️ 1. Influencer marketing isn't just for CPG or retail. Advertisers of all walks are seeing value in partnering with influencers, from Local Municipalities to Utility Providers – influencer marketing provides a unique format for sharing valuable information with an Advertiser’s communities. 2. Partnerships with Nano and Micro-influencers will continue to grow as the largest share of Brand partnerships. These creators are more cost-effective, have higher engagement rates, and offer an opportunity to reach tight-knit micro-communities with tailored messaging. 3. TikTok is no longer just for Gen Z. More than half of the US audience on TikTok is now over the age of 30, presenting a wider audience reach for brands. 4. Brands will increase usage of Influencer Generated Content (IGC) to drive value, even after the posts have gone live. This includes IGC run as paid ads (which have been shown to outperform standard branded ads), blog posts, email marketing, and more, as an effective way to connect with their audiences through a trusted member of each community. 5. After consulting with us, they realised that to truly grow their brand, they need a comprehensive marketing plan that ensures ongoing visibility. We also showed them how to maximise the value of influencer content by staying active on social media, engaging with past customers, and building connections with potential clients. Influencers often promote multiple properties, so the real trust and authenticity must come from your brand. Customers today check websites, reviews, and social media before deciding where to stay. If your online presence isn’t up to par, you’re losing potential customers to competitors who are more prepared. How to NOT lose money on influencer campaigns for your brand? Here are the 5 things to check before planning a campaign. Imagine this - an influencer promoted your product, their audience loved it and is ready to buy, buuuuut your checkout page is down. Sounds like a nightmare, right? Unfortunately, I've seen it happen before. ❗One of the reasons why some influencer campaigns don’t work is that many brands start before they’re ready❗ This is why, before planning a campaign, you should ask yourself if you even need it in the first place. Here are some things to consider: ▶ Is there a way to reach our goals faster and/or at a lower cost? Sometimes you’ll get a much higher ROI with targeted ads or a good organic strategy. ▶ Does our budget allow for a proper campaign or only a few posts? ▶ Do we have a setup in place, to be able to measure the effectiveness of a campaign? ▶ Will our offer be interesting to the influencers? (For example, will we be able to send them our products) ▶ Does our landing page work as it should? Will it hold the attention? Does it communicate our unique selling points in a way our target audience will understand? You might need to take care of some of these first, but the results of your promotions will be much better. This is the best guide on influencer marketing… ever? Many struggle to see the ROI on big-budget influencer spend. After takeoff, the #influencermarketing space began to quickly feel oversaturated and largely inauthentic to people (like me) who prefer realness and substance in all content. Until… two things happened at once: 1) The Creator economy began to have its shining moment 2) Short-form video became a requirement for social marketing success Now THAT – paying for gorgeous, thumb-stopping video, with the express intent to use it on a brand’s *owned* social channels in addition to earned - that has ROI. Especially when engaging members of the micro-creator community. Micro influencers & creators have between 10k and 100k-ish followers. These folks are situated in the sweet spot: the ones who actually still influence people with their perspective, who haven’t lost touch with reality (and therefore remain generally likable), and who have something to prove with high-quality content and a niche perspective. This guide, from NY-based agency Fohr, has a great perspective on “Mirror Content” and “Window Content.” You need a mix of both, and you need to take a few big swings on Creators now and then. 2moHow many of these 5.6 Million influencers are based in 3d countries ? ( outside of the US)? how many of these 3d world countries influencers commission is frozen/suspended just because their location is outside US? At least for the trafic part, luckily SIMILARWEB.COM, can give us an Idea/Hint about trafic into Mavely platform from countries such as Morocco & Vietnam , Which may RAISE the eyebrows!!!!! :) cheers.
