She earned a degree in Business Economics from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia and a Master's in Personnel Management and Organisation from Bocconi University in Milan. Throughout her career, she has managed all areas of the Human Resources Department, supporting the business during transformation phases and leading teams through periods of change. She began her career at Pirelli Real Estate and then moved to the Ferragamo Group, where her responsibilities grew over the past 12 years she was there to then becoming the Human Resources & Organisation Director for the EMEA region. In 2020, Patrizia decided to focus on comprehensive HR consulting, becoming a strategic outsourcing partner for companies undergoing change and growth. In 2022, Patrizia completed an Executive MBA at the Politecnico di Milano School of Management, where she met Gabriele Giugliano and embraced the Joinrs project, becoming Chief People & Organisation Officer 🤭

On June 8, Kering Chairman and CEO François-Henri Pinault, an HEC Paris alumnus (H.85), delivered the commencement address for the MBA, Executive MBA and Executive Masters Class of 2024. In front of a marquee packed with over 2,600 people, his first words were for the families who, through their support and affection, have made the graduates' achievements possible. "One never succeeds alone," he asserted. To the executive programs graduates who had "the courage to get out of their comfort zone" and “put themselves at risk”, he saluted this act of willpower. François-Henri Pinault's speech focused on humility and conviction. “Never take anything for granted”, he declared, as this allows one to "chart your own course," to dare transformations. "We always decided to swim against the tide," he said, drawing on the history of the Pinault group and his own journey and strategic decisions that led to his father's company being morphed into Kering in 2013 and becoming a leading global luxury group. While celebrating the achievements of the 2024 graduates, he reminded them that in success as in difficulty, “you cannot lead a fulfilling career as a solitary hero”. #KeringForTalent #HECGrad24

I joined Burberry in Sep 2017. When I was invited to London for an on-boarding program, I was truly impressed by a single slide in the presentation: 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆? The iconic Trench? The fascinating stories of 160+ years of history? Yet, the answer that resonated most deeply with me was clear— 𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗯𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆. During my time at Burberry, I was fortunate to work alongside exceptional leaders like Philippe de Saint Lager and Jonas Zagury. Their guidance and support made me a highly engaged employee. Today, as an external service provider for Burberry, 𝗠𝘆 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝘀 𝗜 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲. I was invited by another amazing leader, Anita Fung, who is a shining example of women in leadership. 🏋🏻♂️ The preparation for this leadership workshop has been a labor of dedication and commitment Not so because ❌it’s a huge team of 100 store leaders, coming from more than 10 markets ❌there are simultaneous interpreters to convey my speech in Mandarin, while I deliver workshop in English (although the vice-versa is also possible) ❌the quality of this conference reflects my reputation as a workshop facilitator But because ❤️🔥𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗜 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗜 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝟲 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀. 💯They work tirelessly on day and night shifts, 7/7. 💯They exhibit a wide array of strengths, including clienteling, and effective people leadership. 💯They handle challenging responsibilities such as late night stock-count and managing customer complaints. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗜 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗜 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝗻𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲. Hey teams!
