A lot of information on the net is only geared toward money, locations, how easy it is to get into the vending biz. Very little information is given on the functionality of vending machines. You get a machine and something goes wrong, the customer requests something you don’t know how to do..then what?? Entrepreneurship on social media never dives deep into the technical parts required in that field. Usually it’s bc the information is a skill & purposely not taught to keep you/us in the dark. I thought about waiting a bit to speak on the Coyote Logistics and RXO, Inc. transaction, but my 2 cents- this is solid business, very complimentary sides, and as I've been saying privately to folks for a few months, M&A is going to be go for '24 and '25. Brent Orsuga called this the age of consolidation, there's going to be MORE $1B deals coming, as capacity is weeded out, and others who don't want to wait for the rise to get their exit. I also believe that with signs of spot market life, Q4 mini peaks, and the election, this may look like of the best transaction of the last 10 years when we look back on it #freight #logistics #transportation #m&a #mediumtemperaturetakes #strongestmaninlogistics
