Happy to Share My Latest Publication I’m pleased to share that my paper, "#Pedestrian Crossing Behaviors at Signalized Intersections in Utah: Factors Affecting Spatial and Temporal Violations," has been published in the International Journal of Transportation Science and Technology (#IJTST). The best part? It’s 🟢 #open_access, so everyone can read and benefit from the findings! This research focuses on the important topic of #pedestrian_safety at signalized intersections, examining how individual, environmental, and social factors influence crossing behaviors. Using a dataset of over 5,500 pedestrian crossings, we identified key factors contributing to spatial and temporal violations, offering insights to improve pedestrian safety and reduce fatalities. A heartfelt thank you to my co-authors, Dr. Patrick Singleton, Sadie Boyer, and Dr. Michelle Mekker, for their hard work and collaboration on this project.
