The days of strength training being "just for bodybuilders and athletes" are coming to an end. Cardio is good, but it's only a small piece of the puzzle. I'm a bit biased, but strength training has far impactful more benefits to your health: 💪 Increased muscle mass, functional strength, and confidence 💪 Improved blood sugar regulation 💪 Diminished depression and anxiety + delaying Alzheimers All-in-all, strength training has been proven to decrease the chance of cardiovascular disease, cancer, diabetes and ultimately all-cause mortality by 10-17% with just 1 hour of training per week 🤯 Every day, I see our clients reaping these benefits - check out this screenshot of a client lowering their insulin fasting to normal levels. 60 minutes per week - that's all it takes. What's stopping you?
