I'm looking forward to Thursday this week and the HousingWire Demo Day. I have the opportunity to show some of what we've been up to, leveraging Dark Matter Technologies AIVA Assist for Income and Assets. AIVA's intelligent document management capability and our proprietary AIVA Rules engine combine with our AIVA Assist user experience and process flow to solve for some of the inevitable exit ramps from the automation happy path. When borrowers either refuse to use data-from-source integrations to link bank accounts or to verify their income, or they can't because their income or assets are not covered by these providers, the automation path comes to an end for many lenders and their teams have to manually review documents to verify income and assets. This is where AIVA Assist comes in. AIVA Assist does the work of reading documents using AIVA Docs, calculating income, identifying balances from asset statements and then looking for the interesting details, like discrepancies with the stated application, declining income, or large deposits using AIVA Rules.
