There's a new Family First feature programme starting very soon called PulsePoint. As more and more families turn away from mainstream media sites, we want to fill that gap and put the spotlight on the latest news items and research that you need to be aware of. In other words, we’ll watch the news - so that you don’t have to. We’ll cut through the spin and uncover the real issues. We’ll be a trusted source of the latest news and research affecting families and social conservatives, covering politics, family, life issues, faith & religious freedom – both here and overseas. Each episode of the PulsePoint will cover the news or research that the mainstream media has ignored but which you need to know about…. and of course these tend to be social conservative issues that they ignore - or misrepresent. But we’ll also check the news that the mainstream media has reported, but which needs to be fact-checked or needs a counter view included to make it more balanced. We hope that PulsePoint will become a trusted and credible source of news for you and your family. The Family First team are looking forward to researching and reporting the stories that really matter to all of us. It will be much more than just headlines. Watch out for regular episodes of PulsePoint – starting soon – with Tumby Stowers, and available to watch on our website, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and on our YouTube channel.

"Our health is our wealth." We often hear this phrase, but do we truly prioritise our health? We tend to put it off for later, but sometimes that "later" never comes, often leading to tragic consequences. I recently had a great conversation with the amazing Melissa Browne on her "Uncensored Money" podcast. We discussed how health isn't just about one thing, like eating healthy or exercising. It involves a holistic approach to overall wellness, especially in an unhealthy world. In my programs for individuals and organisations, we cover the pillars of health and the specific things you can do to improve your health span and longevity. Performing at our best, whether it is at work or in our personal lives, requires us to be well. When individuals prioritise their health, it brings massive benefits to organisations in terms of creativity, energy, commitment, focus, and dedication, which all benefit the bottom line. Employees in good health are more likely to bring their creative potential to their work, have high energy levels, and remain committed and focused, leading to higher productivity and efficiency. We want those people at the table. The same goes for our personal lives. Bringing energy and vitality to our relationships helps us to be better listeners and be more empathetic and patient, which shifts our lives into an impactful and empowering force - one to be proud of. When our professional and personal lives are humming, we are reaching our full potential. I hope you enjoy the conversation. https://lnkd.in/gTSp_EfN Melissa Browne Amanda Balcombe Tory Archbold Di Mantell Terri Davis Rhonda Allen Annie Allan Clare Elsworth

All of us have faced challenges in our lives, big and small, that influence the people we are today. In this incredible episode of Uncensored Money, I talk to Jennifer Benfield about the dragons that she faced that caused her to revolutionise the way she was living. I loved my chat with Jen as we recorded and I know you will too.
