💭This week on Wisdom Wednesday: New Year, New Businesses If I could boil down all of my advice for new businesses starting in the new year, I would condense it to: you cannot grow what you do not measure. There are so many moving parts to keep track of when first starting a business, and seemingly not enough time or money to do so. Yet, above all else, set goals for yourself beyond just starting. That way, when you look back a year from now, as you come up on your first anniversary, you can better quantify what you have been able to achieve, what is no longer a priority, and where you need to build up your business for the next year to come. Starting a business can feel daunting at first, but do not let that deter you.
