While working on a Tokyo based position for an Indian biotechnology company, I was unable to connect with the right candidates as many weren’t present on any social media platform and the ones that were, they wouldn’t respond to my messages on social platforms. Candidates declining offers after 6 months in process… , i want know who did that hahahahaha that really a waste of luck to reject work there :)
