There’s 1 crucial step for new investors that often gets neglected: → Building a strong foundation of knowledge. It might seem obvious that you need knowledge before you start. Yet, too often I see rookies that jump into the market with no clue. The result? They buy bad deals with way too much risk. OR They struggle to find a single deal in the first place. So I’m (as ever), here to make sure that you have the knowledge you need for success! In two weeks, I’m releasing something that until this stage, I’ve never given away… No hints yet! But lets just say you’ll walk away from this free resource with the tools to create not only a strong foundation of knowledge… But the expertise to help you to get into the backroom in 30 days or less. Sound like something you want to get your hands on? Make sure to follow me at Jonathan Twombly to be the first to hear on release!
I used to think that REI is quite forgiving with high margin of safety, as long as you're not doing stupidly risky things. I think that's still true relative to many other investments. But with the current environment, I've learned there are a million ways where that margin of safety can easily be wiped out. Knowledge definitely helps!
It is pretty obvious, and yet so overlooked. I'm amazed how often it is.
It's crucial to build a strong knowledge foundation before diving into investments. Avoid common rookie mistakes and stay tuned for an exciting resource release in two weeks. Follow Jonathan Twombly for updates.
Without knowledge, your buy box is “a good deal.” The problem? You don’t know what a good deal looks like. Knowledge is power, Jonathan Excited for your resource!
