The Ethraa Programme, sponsored by the UAE Central Bank and designed and delivered by the Emirates Institute of Finance in partnership with leading providers like PwC and CIPD, under the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister, and Chairman of the Presidential Court, marks a significant milestone this year as more than 100 Emirati graduates join FAB. With over 150 graduates from the programme in previous years, 85 participants starting their journey in September 2024, and 100 more expected to join in the next batch, the programme introduces them to the values and structure that shape their career paths over the coming months. This achievement reflects FAB's commitment to developing local talent and empowering the UAE's future workforce. We are eager to witness these graduates' incredible growth and success stories and look forward to welcoming even more bright minds in the next intake.
