Landing a job shouldn’t feel like playing the lottery ❌ I’ve read many dreadful posts. Things like 👇 Getting ghosted after 3 interviews. 20+ applications and not hearing back. Not getting past the final interview, yet no feedback. The list goes on... People spend weeks, even months searching for jobs. Taking time from their personal and professional lives. It really takes a toll on you emotionally. If the odds are too slim, If it sounds more like a dream than a reality, Then it’s probably not an ideal target. Instead, do some research first. Talk to people in your network. Identify companies you’d like to work for. Then, begin narrowing down by job titles and functions. Tailor your resume to each job prior to sending the application. Follow up with the POC and send personalized outreach. Be respectful. Remember, an intentional approach will always lead to quicker and meaningful results. #careers #jobsearch #future
