A company's bottom line is impacted by low employee engagement. But it's not just an economic issue; unfulfilled employees take their misery home, impacting their lives, families, friends, and communities. Number 4 speaks to me Jon. I don’t know how employee productivity links to it, though the style is more organic, which managing absenteeism in the new world of hybrid etc needs to be? Nice idea and positive focus for sure ✔️
