Number 4 speaks to me Jon. I don’t know how employee productivity links to it, though the style is more organic, which managing absenteeism in the new world of hybrid etc needs to be? Nice idea and positive focus for sure ✔️
Option 1 seems to illustrate the emphasis on employee engagement abd reduced absenteeism
The graphic of "1" has echos of growth which links to your agricultural origins and, importantly, the blossoming of people.
