Great way to end the year. Early start this morning inspecting this out of town office following recent completion of a CAT A+ refurbishment scheme. Jones Hargreaves were originally instructed to deal with the dilapidations matters following termination of the previous tenants lease and have subsequently acted as EA/PM on the refurbishment. Our role included specialist involvement of our in-house MEP and ESG teams with the works including complete replacement of all plant and services, WC refurbishment, new kitchen facilities, internal and external refurbishment as well as EV charging on behalf of THOMAS LAWRENCE & SONS (BRACKNELL) LIMITED. A big well done to Image Creation Limited for getting the project completed under very tight timescales ready for the new tenant to take occupation at the beginning of the new year.
