I've worked as an Internal Talent Acquisition Consultant so I know the challenges they face when it comes to working with hiring managers. And often I hear from hiring managers that their internal talent teams aren't able to produce results (hence why they're talking to me). There are a number of ways hiring managers can work proactively with TA: Give them a list of companies to headhunt from Provide detailed and regular feedback Get granular in detail with your hiring expectations - leave no stone unturned Steamline your process Engage with candidates even when they're unsuccessful, provide a 10/10 experience Ultimately hiring is a team effort so no one person can do it alone.
