Golf Courses For Sale! Yes! There are golf courses available for sale in the USA and Canada. Many available golf courses are making money. Of course, older courses often need capital infusion for things likee improving or updating the clubhouse, replacing the irrigation system, or re-pave the parking lot - stuff like that. Financing is available provided the buyer shows reasonable skill in running a business, and brings sufficient money to the table. Whether you like the winters off, or would rather have a year round golf course in Florida (for instance), you need to know that golf courses are management intense. It means, if you're not ready for the demands of owning a golf course, you might think twice about owning one. Be ready for a late night call to address an irrigation system breakdown during a summer heat wave! Golf courses are grass farms, cash flow businesses, merchandise businesses, food service businesses, membership businesses, and they operate seven day a week. Are you ready for that? However, golf course ownership can be highly rewarding. It's because you're doing business every day with people (golfers) who love the game of golf.
