The more we observe gratitude in the workplace, the more it becomes a potent tool for cultivating trust and strengthening relationships among team members.
When we take the time to commend, acknowledge and appreciate the contributions of each team-member, We build a culture that fosters a sense of belonging and motivates everyone to work together toward shared goals leading to success.

Just came across an enlightening perspective on the fascinating parallels between Krishna and Jesus Christ. 🚀✨
Here are some intriguing points highlighted:
- Krishna was born to a virgin mother.
- His father was a carpenter.
- Known as the savior to men.
- Proclaimed, I am the way, I am the light.
- Died with an arrow in the same place Jesus was pierced by a spear.
Makes you wonder about the origins and intersections of polytheism and monotheism, right?

The Surprising Lesson of Jesus: True Leadership is Servitude
Jesus teaches the disciples about servitude and the importance of humility during the Last Supper.

At Limitless Faith, our vision is to empower individuals by teaching them how to grow in every area of life through a heart of service.
True growth, whether spiritual, mental, or physical, comes when we learn to serve others without expecting anything in return.
Jesus exemplified this servant leadership, showing that the greatest among us are those who serve the most. When we set aside selfish ambitions and prioritize the well-being of others, we open ourselves to God’s greater purpose and abundance in life.
Growing anything—whether it be a business, relationship, or your own faith—requires adopting a servant’s heart. "Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves." – Philippians 2:3.
Principles from The Go-Giver
One of the key principles in Bob Burg’s The Go-Giver is the Law of Value, which states,
"Your true worth is determined by how much more you give in value than you take in payment."
This principle resonates with the idea of serving with an open heart. When you focus on giving—adding value to others’ lives without the expectation of return—you open the door to greater blessings, opportunities, and fulfillment.
In The Go-Giver, the authors emphasize five laws that align with the Limitless Faith vision:
The Law of Value: Your worth is determined by how much you give.
The Law of Compensation: The more people you serve, the more abundance you create.
The Law of Influence: Your influence is determined by how abundantly you place others' interests first.
The Law of Authenticity: The most valuable gift you have to offer is yourself.
The Law of Receptivity: The key to effective giving is to stay open to receiving.
By living out these principles in your spiritual walk, you not only grow yourself but help others flourish.
It’s through service and selflessness that you create a lasting impact and true fulfillment.
Let Limitless Faith be a place where we encourage others, uplift them, and give more than we take, ultimately growing in faith and purpose.

How can we function as Kingdom- minded leaders?
As a leader, it is crucial to understand and align your desires with God's desires. We need to regularly Reflect on the motivations behind your actions and decisions, and ensure they are rooted in Kingdom Principles.
How we pray is an indication of what we desire. One of the places in the scriptures that speak to a Kingdom mindset is the Lord's Prayer. When Jesus taught us to pray "Your Kingdom Come, Your Will be done," We can assume that Kingdom-mindedness is God's desire.
We can embrace Kingdom-focused leadership by embodying the values of Heaven on Earth. This includes seeking reconciliation in relationships, depending on God for provision, and living a life empowered by the Holy Spirit.
Make it a priority in your leadership to prioritize relationships, unity, forgiveness, and grace. By modelling a Kingdom-focused life in your interactions with others, you will be a compelling example of God's love and power to the world around you.
Ultimately, Kingdom-minded leadership places God 'on the throne' of our lives, not ourselves. Where He is worshipped as King and followed as Lord, our lives will make an incredible impact for His Kingdom and all we do is for His glory. #Leadership#KingdomMinded

LEADERSHIP: The Christian Way
Christian leadership is not about power, prestige, or personal gain. Rather, it's about serving others, humbly and selflessly, as Jesus Christ exemplified. A Christian leader is called to:
i) Serve: Put the needs of others before their own (Mark 10:45)
ii) Love: Demonstrate unconditional love and compassion (John 13:34-35)
iii) Shepherd: Guide and care for those entrusted to their leadership (1 Peter 5:2-3)
iv) Steward: Manage resources and responsibilities with integrity and accountability (1 Corinthians 4:2)
Christian leaders are not "lords" over others, but rather "servants" who empower and equip others to fulfill their God-given potential. They lead by example, with humility, transparency, and a willingness to listen and learn.
Apostle Paul wrote, "Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves, not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others." (Philippians 2:3-4)
Christian leaders everywhere should strive to follow Jesus' example, leading with a servant's heart and a willingness to put others first.

Servant Leadership - This approach always comes with that humble background & art of surrendering for higher purpose.
Our Modiji says - Pradhan Sevak ( PS) - not PM 🇮🇳
Accepting Lord's servant & surrendering fruits of our action cultivate Spirituality of higher level.
Here is spiritual perspective

Love is patient
Properly, long-tempered (to defer anger), refusing to retaliate with anger, because of human reasoning.
We see over and over again in the gospels Jesus extending patience with his disciples who were struggling to fully understand God’s plan. Taking time to gently correct where there was error in their temporal reasoning of eternal promises.
As a leader, I have a choice, lash out with harsh correction to those working to follow me or check my anger at the door and gently redirect ensuring I’ve done everything in my ability to plainly make the long term plan clear. Giving those in my charge tools that set them up to carry out the mission with success. To recognize each person as individual humans who are worthy of my time.
