Why I ALWAYS install a pull-up bar to my home!? Because I’m too LAZY to go the gym. So instead, I springle little exercise instruments around my home (like a trampoline, gymnastics ball, pull-up bar etc.)! 💪 When it’s made this easy, there is no excuse to not to use them. 😎 Do you have any work-out instruments available in your home?! Share your thoughts in the comments. ✌️ . . . #home #training #simplefits #simplereminders #body #workout

If your goal is to do an L-sit or simply build a bulletproof core, this exercise is for you. Leg compressions are a star exercise of gymnastics training, along with the hollow body position. As the name suggests, the goal is to build enough strength to compress the body and usually hold this compressed position. This type of core training will carry over your daily life activities, contact sports, yoga, or gymnastics moves like L-sits, straddle sits, and all kinds of leg raises. ☝🏼 Don’t get fooled by how easy it seems though. While it may look like it’s coming straight from your grandmother’s rehab routine, it is actually hard! In fact, it is in my top 3 exercises that are much harder than they look. If this variation is too difficult for you, no problem, try it with one leg instead and alternate. 👇🏼 Full instructions in the comments. ♻️ Repost and help your network learn more too. ~~~ Follow me for everything about home gyms and training. Barbells for maximum strength and muscle. While many other tools, and even gymnastics, can make you stronger and more muscular, none do so like barbells. The simple reason is external loading exceeds what you can do with body weight, and barbells allow for the maximum amount of external loading. Most guys go to the gym to get lean and strong. Yet, I see men young and old doing the wrong things for these goals. Lack of proper barbell training is one of the things that many males lack in their workout program. There is nothing wrong with using machines, dumbbells, kettlebells, and other tools. Other training methods such as running, gymnastics, etc have a place. In fact, running and gymnastics are the things that I do most. But my base of strength and muscle was built with barbells. At best, I completed a 345 bench, 515 back squat, 585 farmer carry, 215 overhead press, 380 front squat, 265 clean and jerk, as well as many other barbell loaded movements. Today, I still use barbells, even as I focus more on running and gymnastics. Twice per week I go to the gym, and I put +/- 200 pounds overhead, carry 505 or more across the floor, and squat between 300-400. You might say, "Nathan, I do not want to be built like you." Okay, what do you want to be built like. I am 185 pounds, 10 percent body fat, at 44 years old. You do not want that 🤔. Okay, so you want to be built like one of the body builders or physique athletes. Well, most of them prioritize barbell work. Barbells are the way to a stronger and leaner body. #barbell #fitness #gym #crossfit #workout #powerlifting #weightlifting #strength #deadlift #training #squat #bodybuilding #strong #squats #motivation #fit #fitnessmotivation #gymlife #benchpress #homegym #muscle #strengthtraining #fitfam #snatch #lifting #power #wod #health #barbellworkout #gymmotivation

Using gymnastics rings in training offers numerous benefits, making them a highly effective tool for fitness and strength development. Rings challenge the muscles and stabilisers in unique ways, promoting superior upper body and core strength. 💪 . The instability of the rings forces the body to engage multiple muscle groups simultaneously, enhancing coordination, balance, and proprioception. This functional strength translates well into improved performance in various sports and daily activities. Additionally, gymnastics rings allow for a wide range of exercises and progressions, accommodating different skill levels and continuously challenging the body, leading to significant gains in muscle definition, endurance, and overall fitness. 🔥 . #fitspo #fitfam #gains #strength #personaltraining #instafit #powerlifting #running #fitnesslifestyle #muscle #fitness #getfit #gym #workout #fit #strengthtraining #exercise #abs #bodybuilding #homeworkout #functionalfitness #gymlife #gymnastics #fitlife #trainhard #training #fitnessgirl #crossfit #caloundra
