Did you know on average a human has 6000-120,000 thoughts 💭 n average 80% is negative, 15% positive and 5% is positive. So really we are drowning in negative thoughts. What you feed will grow. Even with your thoughts and beliefs, if you keep on feeding the negatives, they will grow and can take over. And so can the positive thoughts and beliefs. I get the negative thoughts often even now, but I know how to silence that and release them right away. Then, I replace those with all the positive thoughts and beliefs. If you get in the habit of doing this continually, it will allow you to enjoy life a whole lot more.
