I just came across this short video and absolutely worth 1 minute of your time to help understand & more so appreciate the immense value of Passive Fire Protection. Just like with anything else, hiring the wrong people to do the job can result in a disaster. No one would hire an electrician to install a toilet or a plumber to install a light! I need some clarification on this section and if the conversation ever happened with our OSFM Cal Fire. Does changing out a Fire Sprinkler head fall under " repair " or " maintenance " repair meaning that they must have a fitters card in order to change out the fire sprinkler or if it falls under maintenance then does that mean anyone change out the fire sprinkler head like a gardener , plumber , stat eng , fire alarm tech or even a electrician etc ?
