Tell me your building operator cut costs on the fit out without telling me.... 𝗡𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝗺𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗵𝗮𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗶𝘁 𝗼𝗯𝘃𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀? Installing a posh Borg & Overström tap in the office for your commercial customers? 👍 𝗡𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝘂𝗰𝗵. Scribbling out the 'sparkling water' option because that isn't the tap you installed? 👎 𝗦𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗽𝘆. Say what you like, but when it comes to customer experience, you should sweat the small stuff. This sign is small stuff. 💡 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗱... 👉 Created an operator branded sign to reinforce the identity 👉 Incorporated some brand tone of voice to be engaging 👉 Replicated the sign without 'sparkling water' as an option 👉 Thought past the end of their noses as to how sh*t this looks to a customer We work with a lot of service lead brands. Customer experience matters. B2B is no exception. 𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲, 𝘀𝘄𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗳𝗳. 𝗜𝘁 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿. #marketing #customerexperience #commercialproperty #workspace
