Great article from Time Magazine highlighting the numerous benefits for adding fermented foods to our diets. It features Bubbies in the article as well, as the leading fermented foods brand in the country and virtually the only one with Original brine Pickle (AKA, no vinegar, fully fermented). I'm always amazed that there's food that tastes great and contributes so much to our health.
