Envision a progressive industry that values and seeks experience, knowledge, resilience, and commitment, recognizing that these attributes directly contribute to enhanced service delivery. Very unfortunate but true. Sometimes disguised as "overqualification". I remember in Spain seeing the ads for candidates 18-35 years only, good presence, military service done, single, etc.
