FORGET YOUR INDIVIDUAL DREAM I know, this is controversial. Don´t get angry, let me elaborate. First of all: a life without a dream is nothing, but a live with nothing but a dream is also nothing. There is a quite popular fairytale in our world, which is "follow your dream and it will come true". I do not support this fairytale. My personal opinion is that you should not follow only your personal path, that you should not go forward in the direction you made up in your very own mind. This will keep you a stray wolf, and it will keep you alone, powerless and ignorant. I support the thesis that the more important step in life is to sorround yourself with people, with a family, with a team that shares a common vision. To develop this vision by conversation, by questioning each other, by believing in each other. This is powerful. The mere character of not doing things alone will introduce control systems in your strive for a target, it will combine your strengths and weaknesses with other people´s, it will safeguard the fact of having more than one perspective. I was lucky enough to enjoy an upbringing dominated by conversational culture and helping each others progress. So somehow, it was planted into my DNA to seek friends that can give comfort as well as progress in critical situations. I am very thankful for that.

Believe in your worth, your abilities, and the doors you've rightfully earned the privilege to enter. Refrain from allowing self-doubt to sabotage your presence in spaces where you've rightfully earned a place. Trust in the journey that has led you to this moment and embrace the opportunities that lie ahead. Remember, you've worked diligently, honed your skills, and demonstrated your value. You've earned your seat at the table through perseverance, dedication, and expertise. So, stand tall, speak your truth, and seize the opportunities that come your way. Don't allow imposter syndrome or negative self-talk to diminish your achievements or undermine your confidence. Embrace the confidence that comes from knowing your worth and let it propel you forward in every room you enter. You belong where you've earned the right to be. Embrace it, own it, and let your presence shine.

Make the most of your inner fortitude and confidence. Recognize that you have a remarkable ability to conquer all obstacles in your path. Every challenge is a chance for personal development and evidence of your tenacity. No matter how difficult the obstacles may seem, you will succeed because of your unwavering confidence and dedication. Have faith in your skills and remain committed to your objectives. Recall that people who have the strongest belief in their own potential frequently achieve the most. 😎

Age should never be used as a barrier to prevent you from excelling. Inferiority complexes only exist in the mind, just a nothing really. You can achieve anything you wish, just believe. Don't even contemplate putting barriers in your way, there are no excuses. Self-belief and muscled determination can move mountains. Know yourself well. What you may envy in others can equally be found in you. Discover yourself, discover your true potential. Never be afraid of adversity, It works in your favour and gives you strength. Do not walk away or turn your back on your demons. Face-to-face confrontation can strike fear in those who try to intimidate you. Walk in pride of yourself. GWW.

Break free from self-imposed boundaries and dare to dream limitlessly. Too often, we confine our potential within the walls of our own perceptions. The truth is, your capabilities are boundless, extending as far as the horizons your mind envisions. Embrace the power of belief, for what you hold in your thoughts, you have the capacity to turn into reality. Remember, the only limits that exist are the ones you place on yourself. So, go beyond, reach higher, and let the extraordinary journey of self-discovery unfold. You are the architect of your aspirations, and the sky is not the limit – it's just the beginning.

Sometimes, it's necessary to stray from the well-trodden and cozy path to uncover the hidden beauty of the outskirts. Venturing alone through the winding lanes of the outskirts may initially evoke a sense of trepidation, yet therein lies a treasure trove of discoveries awaiting your keen eye—an opportunity to absorb, learn, and evolve.  Pause, inhale deeply, and traverse these uncharted territories.  Observe how vast and breathtaking the panorama becomes when viewed from a fresh vantage point. With maturity comes the realization that change is not merely a disruption but a gateway to self-awareness—a chance to introspect,  to map out your current whereabouts, and envision the terrain of your future chapters.  Take yourself-assurance and trust implicitly in the trajectory of your own footsteps. Feel each stride, recognize that you hold dominion over your equilibrium, pace, and destination. Once this fundamental truth dawns upon you, you'll forge a path uniquely your own, traversing any terrain with unwavering confidence. The landscape may present challenges—its contours sharp, its slopes steep, its wilderness untamed—but as long as you maintain faith in your abilities, every step will feel as effortless as walking upon clouds. If you have achieved your dream, it’s good. If you haven’t, it’s even BETTER. It means something better, way better, is waiting for you. This is not a philosophical mumbo jumbo. It’s the TRUTH. It’s NEVER a straight line. Every rejection is not a rejection - it’s a redirection… …to put you on the path you TRULY align with. From your current position, you may not able to see where you’re headed, or what’s in store for you on the other side. (You may not even realize IF there’s an other side) But you’ll EVENTUALLY get to where you need to be. You always have. Look at your own journey. You will agree you are what you are today because of what you went through - good or bad, it doesn’t matter. Your journey shaped you into who you are today. Even if it doesn’t make sense, keep moving anyway. It’ll NEVER be a straight line. But at some point, when you look back, you’ll see ALL the dots WILL connect. You’ll see how far you’ve come.
