PNG NRI launched the report titled “State Fragility, Lessons Learned and Implications for PNG”. The report by PNG NRI Chairman Wilson, O. Thomson, Director Dr Osborne Sanida and Dr Nematullah Bizhan was a seminar proceeding from Dr Bizhan's edited book, “State Fragility: Case Studies and Comparisons”.
