Everyone loves free returns. On second thought - maybe not everyone. Perhaps all consumers love free returns, but many of us who are charged with handling them do not.     In a perfect world, consumers never need to make a return. Though we know this is far from reality, do you know to what extent consumers consider returns when making a purchase?      During this past holiday season, 40% of consumers surveyed reported returning at least one gift, while 38% explicitly said they relied on returns as part of their shopping strategy.     This is all to say that returns are inevitable, so why not make the process as painless as possible? Our data shows that Post Offices are the preferred drop-off location among Millennials, Gen X and Baby Boomers. Moreover, 95% of the entire US population lives within 5 miles of a Post Office. Partnering with USPS as a drop-off location is a great way to make returns easier and more efficient for both you and your customers.    https://lnkd.in/gS--Db3r
