Hey everyone! I’m excited to share my newest project: The Wraith of Kirin — a video entirely created using AI! This is my first time using AI for a full production of this length, and one of the major challenges was keeping the visuals smooth and consistent across all the 3D scenes. I also focused heavily on making sure the lighting and colors flowed seamlessly from moment to moment. For the visual direction, I drew inspiration from ancient legends and supernatural forces, mixing dark, intense visuals with electric energy. The idea was to capture the raw power of a betrayed warrior summoning a storm to exact his revenge. Once I finalized the art direction, I sketched out the storyboard and built the narrative. The story revolves around a warrior, once loyal, now betrayed, who seeks revenge by summoning a mystical lightning storm. This storm awakens Kirin, a fearsome lightning dragon, who unleashes a devastating bolt of lightning onto a feudal city, marking the warrior’s wrath. The first half of the video plays with deep blues building tension as the storm approaches.
