I just mapped a user onboarding flow in less than 5 mins 🤯. Normally, it takes a PM a week to properly map the whole thing out before building it on the app with Product Fruits or any other vendor tool out there. I used whimsical. com for it but I bet there are other tools like it. Earlier this year, the fine folks at Proof of Peach 🍑 (namely Ashley Neale) approached us re: their data needs. It won't take too long until we have most product teams having to write prompts that describe how to use/interact with their app’s functions. Simple example: ``` "is_favourite": { "type": "boolean", "description": "If true, the search will only include favorited items.", } ``` And that’s because these prompts will essentially enable third-party or internal LLM systems – in the form of helpers – that can guide or execute actions on behalf of users. These helpers won’t be part of power users’ workflows, but they will have a massive impact on accessibility and discoverability for new and less savvy users. Exciting times ahead!
