Building the go-to administration support service for UK startups | Matching founders to our trusted Virtual Assistants to achieve scale

I don't think the role of an Administrator gets enough credit. People see the word "admin" and think of paperwork, and organising a database. That's it. But really, an Administrator: -De-escalates customer support issues and escalates when necessary -Provides complete operational support for heads of department -Is the linchpin in communication between major stakeholders -Schedules meetings with multiple conflicting stakeholder calendars -Organises and books a complete travel itinerary with little input -Organises a horrible inbox with filtering, policies, and workflows. -Is the one who needs to shadow a Founder completely -Has to handle everything randomly thrown at them -Sets up a full system and creates in-depth SOP's -Is always up to date on the latest technologies -Simply kicks ass -And more Collins Dictionary: "A person whose job involves helping to organise and supervise the way that an organisation or institution functions" People in the admin world are the ones who sit in the background. They're like the people in the engine room adding coal to the furnace. The amount of time that gets saved from each role is vast. If a business is struggling to get their ducks in a row and everyone feels their job is too much, throw in an Administrator. Trust me, it will make a wooooorrrlddd of difference. We handle the small stuff, so you can focus on the big stuff. All we ask is for some credit. #virtualassistant #adminassistant #va
