Last but not least, Nancy Maloney, director of insight & strategy, wraps up our series featuring the women at C-K who were on our Women's History Month panel. Nancy on who inspires her: "I admire the many women out there rejecting the scarcity narrative—the dated and unproductive notion that there is only so much space for us and that we must compete with each other for crumbs. I admire women telling our stories and taking up space. Not pretending NOT to be interested in things that are interesting to us. Not pretending to be ok with things that are not ok. I admire all the women who are committed to changing the narrative, changing the game, and ultimately changing the world. One human, one story, one action at a time."

Happy Women’s History Month! This year, the theme for Women’s History Month is “Women Who Advocate for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion.” As we celebrate Women’s History Month, we must acknowledge women's impact on this world for the better. Women have played critical roles in every field of human advancement and, unfortunately, are not recognized for their contributions. His story cannot exist without her perspective. As we celebrate all these accomplishments and extraordinary women, we must recognize the current challenges women face today. From the battle of a woman's right to choose to the gender pay gap. Paying women 84 cents for every dollar paid to a man and suppressing women's rights over their bodies is wrong and cannot continue to be the standard. Restrictive policies have no place in private matters such as that. All these issues must be resolved as a society if we genuinely want to live up to the promise of the United States as the land of opportunity for all. Happy Women’s History Month! Read about it, educate yourself, and most importantly, listen.
