I am considering hosting a "vendor days" event where we have a virtual open house for our existing vendors, lay out our goals, define our challenges. The goal would be to empower our #suppliers to provide exponential value to our journey. Leaning into our existing #vendors capabilities and become an active part of their beta testing for mutual growth. To those who have done something similar, I welcome your suggestions and insights.
