In this poster we describe mass spectrometry (MS)-based workflows to measure binding for drug discovery. Large data sets can be efficiently screened in a high-throughput manner and further qualified using MS. Source: Bioanalysis A new LC-MS/MS method has been developed and validated for the measurement of the bromodomain inhibitor ZEN-3694 and its metabolite ZEN-3791 in human plasma. The method utilizes stable isotope-labeled internal standards and achieves chromatographic separation on a Kinetex C18 column. The assay demonstrates linearity in the concentration range of 5-5000 ng/ml for both analytes, with good precision and accuracy.
