Research Fellow, Department of Medical Oncology at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute

We are delighted to share our latest research The Journal of Clinical Investigation, which reveals the biology of neuroendocrine differentiation in prostate cancer. Our findings suggest that tumor identities are not entirely fixed and can be influenced by specific key signaling pathways. Notably, we discovered that Notch signaling plays a crucial role in governing neuroendocrine differentiation and the tumor microenvironment. Additionally, it serves as an Achilles’ heel for neuroendocrine prostate cancer. This work would not have been possible without the guidance of my brilliant mentor Himisha Beltran Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, formal PhD mentor David Goodrich Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center, and collaborators at Weill Cornell Medicine. Lastly, we extend our gratitude to the funding agencies Prostate Cancer Foundation and National Cancer Institute (NCI) for supporting our work!
