“What you do and what drives you?” Many elements in one paragraph. But I’ll unfold my remark on: The passion of creating value I’ve always been driven throughout my life to solve problems, optimize and/or bring value. Whether it’s a simple system that saves time at work or a simple habit in my everyday life. … like structuring your workspace for optimal operation. … Or planning one’s schedule like a tetris. … Or optimizing so you won’t have to walk twice from A to B (you with me?) I love to consider a problem like a puzzle. There is always a solution. Like the current inefficient and problem causing wardrobe system at venues. Neither the guest, employee or venue perceive the wardrobe as anything else than an annoyance and something to get over with. With Keypitt, I aim to solve the multiple problems and convert the wardrobe into added value. A digital wardrobe system, that not only removes worry, loss and discussions. But adds datainsights, value and smiles on people’s faces. Reach out if you’re curious to hear, how Keypitt could elevate your venue. Have you experienced frustrations with traditional wardrobe systems? Do you see a need for added value? #StartupLife #EventTech #Solofounder #FemaleFounder #DataDriven

🏹 High-Performance Coach + Speaker | 👩💻 Ex-Google & Baker McKenzie | 🏳️🌈 LGBTIQ+ Advisory Council Member
What an amazing INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S DAY (MARCH 8) event run by Startmate and Fishburners! We heard from 2 incredible panelists, 💼🧚♂️ Vinisha Rathod and Doone Roisin who were so vulnerable in sharing their experiences so openly and honestly and are both such rays of light in this world. A few gems from their amazing insights: 💎 Dive into your interests: Explore areas that intrigue you, and be open to pivot towards what truly resonates with your passion. It’s about finding what you like, sometimes by encountering what you don’t. 💎 Be action-oriented: Embrace forward movement. Seek environments where you feel welcomed and understood, and always remember the 'why' behind your daily actions. 💎 Shift from survival to thrival: This allows you to think beyond the day-to-day to your future. 💎 I loved the advice Doone gave to 'not be crippled by perfection' and 'stop stopping', i.e., give things a real chance to flourish and give yourself enough time to get a great dataset before making the decision to give up. Fabulous job moderating Mia Millman and emceeing Kelly Spoerk! Looking forward to hearing more about Ladymates! 💜 💜 💜

In honor of Women’s History Month, let’s have an honest conversation about “having it all.” A lot of women I know (myself included) have felt pressured to have it all, be it all, and do it all both personally and professionally. We want to be there for our families, succeed at work, and give back to our communities but when all of those things are said and done, there’s often no time left to show up for ourselves. I want to encourage my fellow female friends and colleagues out there that… It’s ok to not be everything to everyone. It’s ok to say “my calendar is full.” And it’s ok to ask for help when you need it. My advice? Find the level of support that you need to succeed, and don’t be afraid to increase it when life gets busy! Whether it’s calling for takeout during a go-live, getting extra eyes on a work deliverable, or requesting help with other life-admin projects, start seeing your “yes” to help as a “yes” to caring for yourself ❤️ Any other ideas or suggestions for balancing life and work? Would love to hear what tips and tricks have worked for you!

One thing I love about cozy mysteries? Most of them feature women as the main characters–and they are the detectives, the masterminds and the heroes of their own narratives. As we enter Women’s History Month, I love to think about the women voices who have made literature, and especially the mystery genre, what it is today. And about the other women who had their voices muted or obscured by the prevailing narratives of their time. In the work I do, I love to watch more women take ownership of their creativity and their self-expression. Women, in particular, often face unique challenges in finding their voices and asserting their stories in a world that can be indifferent or even hostile to their perspectives. But through mentorship and guidance, I see them reclaiming their narratives, embracing their creativity and creating their own paths with confidence and purpose. This month–and all months–we must celebrate the achievements of the women who have paved the way for us but also commit ourselves to amplifying the voices of those whose stories have yet to be told. We need to recognize that every woman contributes to our collective human experience. Let’s celebrate resilient, creative, empowered women on ALL the days. 💪

🔥Leadership Coach for First-Gen Latina Leaders | Helping High-Achieving Latinas Amplify Their Visibility, Confidence, and Influence I Speaker | AI Evangelist | Building Future-Ready Leadership Through AI 🔥
Latinas, please continue to uplift and support each other! We need each other. 🫶 I just finished hosting a 5-day #VisibilityChallenge on LinkedIn for Latinas. It's the first time that I've ever hosted 5 days of teaching while holding space for over 20 women a day. It was an amazing opportunity to stretch myself and it was a week of accelerated growth. One of the biggest takeaways from this past week is how essential it is to be surrounded in Comunidad. My goal was to teach others how to leverage LinkedIn for visibility but I also wanted to address what it means to show up - not just for others but for ourselves, too. This is where I think there's a gap for Latinas. We're really, really good at showing up for other people. We're not always so great at showing up for ourselves, advocating for ourselves, and requesting support when we need it. And we fill many roles besides professional. Mom, Partner, Wife, Caretaker, Teacher, Community Member, Sister, Daughter, Etc. I’ve talked about this before, but Latinas often carry an emotional burden. There's a lot of people carrying heavy stuff right now. Connection and community is what we desperately need. So many people that have something to say, but nowhere to say it. Unfortunately I couldnt make space for it all, even though I wanted to. Mujeres, I want to encourage you to check in on your people, wherever your people are. If you haven't heard from someone in a while, check in on them, see how they're doing, and support each other. I am so proud of our community. Comunidad. It’s everything. Mil gracias to those that joined. 💗 Please don’t forget to complete your surveys so I know how to improve the next challenge. As an introvert, I’m going to decompress by journaling, basking in the sun, and then watching the rest of Emily in Paris tonight. ¡Hasta Pronto! #LatinaVisibilityChallenge

Women's History Month Day 7 of 31: Wise Words from Wise Women A 30 second Q&A with Anna Stallmann - a trusted toth shop thought partner and managing principal and owner of Anna Stallmann Communications toth shop: In less than 10 words, what’s ONE piece of advice would you give to young women today? Anna Stallmann: "Create your future! Don't be limited by paths paved by others." ts: What’s your proudest moment or accomplishment? AS: “Recently, I overheard my 5-year-old daughter share with a friend that ‘my mom is the boss.’ In a world where moms are always second guessing their decisions and the hats they put on each day, hearing my daughter validate that she sees me as her mom and a working leader - I knew I made the right decision for our family.” ts: When it comes to women and working, what’s one thing you wish the world would talk about more? AS: "How hard it is to balance school schedules [for kids] with work schedules. They don't align unless you advocate for a way to make it work together. There are so many moving parts behind the scenes to get everyone where they need to be, with what they need, and cared for after the school day lets up.
