Having robust mental health support in the workplace is more important than ever. Youths are more likely to hope for greater mental health support compared to older counterparts, according to the Institute of Policy Studies, Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy. This is also reflected in our Vitality 2023 Study. One-third of respondents listed mental health support as something they wanted their employers to offer. As priorities evolve and more youths move into the workforce, we need to curate and design relevant programmes that answers our team's needs.
