Challenge Accepted: A Week of Growth and Learning! I just completed my second 5-day challenge with Frank Flegg, where we focused on ethical property control strategies. Frank’s goal of acquiring 100 houses this year is truly inspiring, and he’s teaching us how to secure at least 10 properties in the next 10 months! What stood out to me is Frank’s commitment to helping the homeless, which aligns with my work with local charities. It’s rewarding to be part of something that creates a positive impact. Additionally, I had the pleasure of participating in the Money Mechanics Challenge with Sarah Poynton-Ryan. We explored our money habits and learned valuable insights on how to invest wisely—even on a limited budget. The importance of diversifying investments across stocks, shares, gold, and property was a key takeaway. This week was challenging, but I pushed myself to complete both programs to prove what I could achieve with determination.
