Great list for the twentieth century. Last I checked it’s 2023. The entire design game has changed. There needs to be a fundamental reframing of the entire architecture education infrastructure. Curriculum, Faculty, Admissions criteria and more. Focus must be on carbon, reductive design, performance, material efficiency and circular economies. And any emphasis in education on the desires of the individual formal expressions and theories at the expense of the above is nothing short of negligence.

This list misses the most important reforms: - Remove the Master Apprentice Relationship. - Create an equitable studio structure (Collaboration without equity is not collaboration) - Make every project sustainable - Professors learn how to deliver a sustainable building and coach the students through that process - More?

Test freshmans for three dimensional visualization ability. You are born with it and is very hard if not impossible to learn. Let them know the result and the hardship they will encounter without this ability.
