By leveraging technology to uncover these insights, we turn observations into actionable strategies. For example, asking questions like, "How are you addressing this? Are you satisfied with the current solution?" often uncovers that while customers recognize the importance of solving certain issues, they’re often unhappy with the existing solutions. This dissatisfaction opens the door to innovation in services, support, or product development. From my experience, focusing on these pain points has led to meaningful customer satisfaction and significant business growth.
