We can't do it all at once! This is something I need to regularly remind myself of. Even though we have a very clear picture of what we want ThatDay .uk to become, we need to gradually build it layer by layer. The Japanese term 'Kaizen' means 'continuous improvement', and this is at the forefront of our minds. The little improvements add up over time, and before you know it, your product or service is leagues above what it was 6-12 months ago. This week's small improvement was adding a cute little heart favouriting icon, allowing our members to create a seperate list of all the sessions they are considering so they can easily find and refer to them in meetings. Build, Test, Gather Feedback, Build, Test Gather Feedback etc etc.

What's your proudest moment so far? Working on an application that has gained widespread use and positively impacted many users' lives. 3. Tell us something surprising or a fun fact about yourself. I have a passion for surfing and love the thrill of riding the waves, even though I'm still mastering the art. 4. What do you value most about your team? Always ready to lend a hand, share knowledge, and uplift one another, creating an environment where everyone feels valued and empowered to do their best. 5. What's your secret to staying on track with tough projects? I guess watching the sunset from our 30th floor office most days.
