My name is Jesse Prusinski and I am the Director of Operations at J Perkins Consulting. JS Perkins Consulting is a operations management professional services firm. We do financial consulting for the Department of Defense. We are currently spread across seven States and operate largely in two of them with everyone else remote. What's unique about our workforce is the type of people that we've brought in. So for example, we have brand new straight out of school, we have consultants. That have been in the bigger firms and we also have retired military that come and really help support us with our client and help understand them better. Honestly, I can't remember what first drove us to Bonusly and how we how we heard about Bonusly. What I can tell you is it has been such an amazing ride for us. As I mentioned, we have we're across seven different states, so being able to recognize people that aren't in the office to be able to talk to has been just amazing for us. The bonus lead team has been fantastic. There is never a question that goes unanswered, which is really important to us. And also something very important to me is the timeliness of the responses. So if I am stuck or I have a question, I get an answer within a few hours, if not sooner. My view on performance management is that it needs to change. I think that it needs to catch up with the times. A lot of what is out there currently in the market doesn't really serve. It creates this environment of another thing. For our employees to do so, I'm really looking forward to the opportunity that has the opportunity to have a system that can really go into that coaching realm instead of the typical management piece I have been nonstop excited about Bonusly Achieved. When I first saw the presentation, it spoke to everything that we've been envisioning for ourselves, the ability to have those weekly or monthly check in so you make sure there's no surprises at the end of the year. To have the quarterly assessments so we know what we can keep working on. And then at the end of the year to kind of really wrap everything U and see what are people being recognized for, what do they want. I also like the bonusly achieve allows them to put in the notes and say what they need so that we can address any issues that might be happening. So a TJ Perkins, our strategy for creating good leaders is to first and foremost ensure that we're holding ourselves accountable. As good leaders, We engage with professional development. Services, we are always reading and trying to see what is out there and then we like to pass that knowledge down through both example and also training sessions and things like that. The other thing we do is we make sure that when we see examples of good leadership, we're calling it out. So this is where we have an opportunity to use Bonusly so the whole company can understand this is what we're looking for. One of the early wins that we've experienced with Bonusly achieve is the ability to see. What needs to get done from the platform that we're already using every day? So when we log into Bonus lead to give points, right on the side it says, hey, you need to have your checkins with these seven people. And I can't forget and I don't, you know, it's right there for me. I can go in, I click it and it's done. This way we can make sure we're taking care of our people. Anything else you should know? I'm just thankful to be a customer of Bonusly. This has been a service we've been on now for roughly 4 years. I cannot stop recommending it to any. Of our peers in the industry that we work with, and I'm just so excited that there's a new product that we get to test and eventually be a part of when it fully launches.
