We're excited to share that Melrose Park Village has made significant progress reaching a major milestone by topping out all six buildings in this stage of the project. Positioned in the northern precinct of the masterplan, buyers have been attracted to its convenient location and internal resident's park, with over 93% of the stage now sold.
The team has been hard at work and we’re excited to reveal the stunning external design as brickwork and glazing are completed. Hi, I'm Ed Crawford, senior sales and operations manager at Sekisui House with a construction update for Melrose Park Village. As you can see, we've made excellent progress over the past three months. We've reached an important milestone, topping out all six buildings in this stage of the project. The construction team are now hard at work internally installing services, with most buildings completed up to level 8. Wall sheeting is also progressing well, with installation already up to level 4 across all buildings. Over the next few months, this work will be completed, followed by the installation of kitchens and bathrooms. Be outstanding external design of the buildings will be revealed as brickwork and glazing is completed. Melrose Park Village, with its internal park has proved popular with buyers with over 93% of apartments sold. There are a limited number of two-bedroom townhouse style residences and three bedroom apartments still available. Work has also commenced on the Melrose Park town centre, boasting 30,000 square metres of retail and commercial space, including the future light rail stop on Hope Street, just a short walk from Melrose Park Village.
