Ayer tuve el placer de presentar y moderar la VI Edición del evento Emprendedoras Innovadoras de Revista Emprendedores España. Una gozada de ponentes (Mery Oaknin Benzaquen Andrea Barber Nora Kurtin y Carolina Rodríguez) y de público, con más de 20 CEOS y fundadoras de proyectos innovadores que actuaron como la quinta ponente con sus intervenciones. Algunas conclusiones interesantes: -Tener una buena idea no es innovar: la innovación hay que implementarla. -Innovar no es una elección , es una necesidad. -Para innovar no hay que inventar la rueda, se trata de mejorar lo que ya existe -La innovación debe formar parte de la cultura de la empresa -Crece mejor en equipos multidisciplinares. -Se potencia dentro de la empresa pensando fuera de la caja, permitiendo el error, dando autonomía y cuestionando lo establecido, incluido al líder. -Y los mejores hábitos de innovación son la curiosidad, la observación, rodearte de gente mejor que tú, lanzarte y no olvidarte nunca de volver al inicio para volver a innovar. Todavía sólo 1 de cada 5 startups es impulsada por mujeres, en España el 80% de los proyectos son lanzados por hombres y el porcentaje de unicornios liderados por mujeres a nivel mundial apenas llega al 15%. Una cifras que nos invitan a reivindicar la necesidad de eventos como el de ayer par dar visibilidad a ese reducido grupo de mujeres que emprenden e innovan en nuestro país.
