A bill put before Congress late last year is set to remove barriers to the provision of occupational services for people with a mental health diagnosis. We are still experiencing the impact of COVID 19 The Office of National Statistics has reported a significant increase in people out of work since 2019 with a large proportion of this amount attributed to Long COVID. In their continuing research into this topic, Society of Occupational Medicine have published a special issue focusing on the Post-Covid Syndrome and what we have learned from the whole COVID-19 experience.
