Stray Dog: Why do you think I’m important? 🐾 Human: Because you remind me of resilience in the face of hardship. Stray Dog: How do I survive without a home? Human: You endure the streets, finding shelter where you can, showing strength many overlook. Stray Dog: What do I hope for each day? Human: A kind soul to offer a meal, a gentle touch, or even just a moment of safety. Stray Dog: Why should people care about me? Human: Because you too deserve love, care, and a place to call home. Stray Dog: What can I teach humans? Human: That compassion isn't just for those who have, but also for those who have nothing. Stray dogs face unimaginable struggles, yet they continue to survive with hope in their hearts. Let’s do our part in making their lives a little better. 🐕❤️ Sharing below a picture close to my ❤️ #StrayDogs #Compassion #AnimalWelfare #Resilience #AdoptDontShop Is LinkedIn just a professional platform, or can it be used to raise awareness too? Friends.. This information is very important to know.!!! When you see a dirty cat.. This is important information to know, why cats look dirty. 🔺 Cats can resist hunger for up to a week on average, but no more than 2-3 days in case of thirst. 🔺 Cats are usually very clean, they are groomed several times a day, if you see a cat that is not clean, it is DEHYDRATED and has been so for many days. Their saliva glands are not functioning properly, because they require moisture.!!!. 🔺 Please, if you see a stray kitten, apparently dirty, do not run, or look at it with disgust, it has already had difficult days.. In which I probably haven't eaten or drank any water for a long time!!!. If you don't like cats, express kindness out of compassion.!! 🔺 For humanity, empathy, and love for your neighbor, bring food and above all a container with WATER. It's not easy being thirsty and hungry and not being able to say a word! 💔🥺 “Helping a disadvantaged being, is the opportunity that life gives you to be a better person.”. #animalrights #awareness

Living with Cats Most cat people probably did not start off living with cats, they found themselves taking on a pet or felt they were missing something in their life. My intentions were not to have any animals it just happened that way, however I must say the love and joy they bring, they do fill your heart with joy. I realised very quickly that I did not own a cat, I was owned by them and without me knowing it they controlled me and ruled the house, the car, the garden, I paid the bills and provided the necessaries. They want to be close to me and want my attention with sixteen cats this can be challenging although you get to know when attention is needed and those that want my company every now and then. Keeping trays clean and around the home keeping them separate has been key, also with the aggressive cats that do not like other cats keeping them separate most of the time has kept harmony in the home and stopped the stress levels. I made the big mistake of giving them tap water, this has chlorine, metals and impurities in that not only kill wild birds, but it also upsets their stomachs which lead to diarrhoea and vomiting, bottled water is the best and from introducing this has resulted in less health problems. Knowing what to do and understand my animals has led to a new learning curve which I have enjoyed passing this on since this has improved other cat’s lives. Also, with so many, their food has to be varied this has resulted in a mix of dry food and fresh meats and cat food all gets eaten and having several bowls spread out this helps with any aggressive cats, I have found cats are very much like us, some want to eat at different times and are not always ready when others are so keeping the supply for them, so no one misses out. This stops aggression and fights at mealtimes and at night of course I get plenty of affection and thank you, one thing I have learnt is you get make much more in appreciation with animals they know who looks after them and love you for it.
