2moI research the company first and see if they have inclusive materials and information on the website then apply. Then feel, "rejected" when they reject me ASAP after plastering INCLUSION or Diversity all over their website. And on the job posting as well. That sends us a mixed feeling/message on what the company "advocates" and what they really want per se. Be clear and practice what you preach.
